Yoga For Runners – 6 Week Course

2020 was a strange year for most of us and a huge disappointment for all the runners out there who had places in marathons, 10k’s and runs throughout the year and had to run them solo (if at all). But your stamina lived on and you were out there in all weathers pounding the road to receive your boost of serotonin and keep yourselves fit & healthy.

We know you’ll be back out there this year and we’ll now be offering streamed classes designed especially with you in mind! Join us at New Moon Yoga where we’ll be holding a live-streamed yoga class dedicated to runners, giving you all the relief you need from the lower body strain that running can sometimes cause.

We will take you through the course step by step and leave you with a practice which will offer you release & rehab after a good run.
